The service
Sleep Fairy Consultant offers sleep advice and support for healthy babies. It is not medical advice. If you are worried about your baby's health, speak to your GP, health visitor or paediatrician.
Payment
Packages are one-off payments, taken securely by Stripe when you book. Prices are shown in pounds (GBP) and US dollars (USD).
Rescheduling
Calls can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Refunds
A full refund can be offered if you cancel at least 72 hours before your call, and a 50% refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before. Once the call has gone ahead and your plan has been shared, refunds cannot be offered.
Results
Every baby is different, so results cannot be guaranteed. Following the plan consistently gives the best chance of success.
