This notice explains what personal information Sleep Fairy Consultant collects, why, and what your rights are.
What I collect
- Your name, email and message when you use the contact form.
- Your email (and first name, if given) when you ask for the free guide.
- Details about your baby's sleep, age, feeding, routine and health that you share in the questionnaire when you book. I only use health information with your consent, to write your plan.
- Payment details, which are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card number.
Why I use it
To reply to you, send the guide you asked for, deliver the package you booked, and keep the records the law requires.
Who I share it with
Only the services that run this business: Netlify (website and forms), Stripe (payments) and Google Workspace (email and bookings). Some of these may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as I need it for the reason you gave it, and for any legal or accounting requirements. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email info@sleepfairyconsultant.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
